Get familiar with these core features for a smooth ride:

1. Pedal Assist (PAS)

✅ What it is: Motor adds power as you pedal. Feels like a gentle push.
✅ How it works: Levels (1-4* or Eco/Tour/Sport/Turbo*)
– Low levels (1-2/Eco/Tour): Gentle assist, great for cruising /battery life.
– High levels (3-4/Sport/Turbo): Significant assist, for speed/hills
Tip: Start at a low level to get comfortable.

2. Throttle

✅ What it is: A lever or twist grip that directly engages the motor.
✅ When to use:
– Starting: Easy start from a stop.
– Quick boost: Get you up to speed.
– Leg rest: Cruise without pedaling.
Important Tip: Use gently to get confident; delivers immediate power.

3. Gears

✅ What they are: Traditional bike gears for managing pedaling effort.
✅ How to use:
– Lower gears: Easier pedaling for starting/hills. Pedal faster, go slower.
– Higher gears: Harder pedaling for flats/speed. Pedal slower, go faster.
Tip: Shift before a hill. Always shift while pedaling – never when stopped.
